RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUND POLICY
1. Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns:

Returns request must be initiated within 7 business days of receiving the product.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Reverse shipping charges will be paid by the customer.

Custom-made items are not eligible for return.

Requests submitted beyond 7 business days will not be accepted under any circumstance. Ensure the request is initiated within this timeframe to qualify for the policy.
Process for Returns:

Submit a return request via whatsapp or email within 7days after delivery of product.
- Share video of opening the parcel and also of the defects if any.

Once approved, buyer has to ship the product at our address, the charges for the same to be borne by the buyer.
Inspection and Approval:

Returns will be accepted only after the product is received at our warehouse and inspected for correctness, damages, and adherence to our return policy.

If the product is found to be different, wrong, damaged, defective, or used, it will be returned back to the customer as it is, with shipping charges to be borne by the customer.
Shipping Costs for Returns:

Customer will bear the cost of reverse shipping for all eligible returns.

If the product is found to be damaged, defective, or used, the product will be returned back to the customer as it is, with shipping charges to be borne by the customer.
2. Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Exchanges:

Exchanges must be initiated within 7 business days of receiving the product.

Exchange is allowed only once per order. Please select sizes and styles correctly while placing your order.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Custom-made items are not eligible for exchange.

Clearance Sale or Offer items are ONLY eligible for exchange with an additional reverse pickup and shipping cost
Process for Exchanges:

Submit a return request by whatsapp or email.

Clearly mention the desired size, color, or product for the exchange.

Once approved by our team, customer has to ship the product back to our warehouse at his/her expense.
Exchange Shipment:

Exchange orders will be dispatched only after the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse.

In cases where the desired product is unavailable, we will provide store credit or an alternative product option and our team will connect with you.
3. Refund Policy
Refund Conditions:

Refunds are applicable only for products returned as per our Return Policy.

Refunds will be issued only after the returned product has passed the inspection.

Refunds will not be processed for items deemed ineligible due to improper return conditions.

Refunds will not be processed for wrong products sent back to us. In case if multiple instances of wrong returns are seen, required action will be taken after necessary due diligence by our team.

Partial Returns : The refund amount will be calculated after deducting the value of the discount that no longer applies due to the partial return.
For example, if the customer purchased 4 items with an 18% discount and returned 3 items, the refund will reflect the price of the retained item without the 18% discount.
Refund Process:

Refunds for prepaid payments will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned product passes the inspection.

Refunds for COD orders will be issued only as a store credit or UPI / bank transfer within 7-10 business days after approval from warehouse..

Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable wherever applicable
4. General Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to deny returns, exchanges, or refunds if the product, order or customer does not meet the conditions mentioned above.
- Customers are expected to read the washcare instructions attached with every garment to follow the washing instructions

Claims for incorrect or defective items must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with image proof. Video proof may be requested for further inspection if needed.

We are not liable for items damaged during return shipping. Customers are advised to pack the items securely and retain proof of dispatch.

Dashdolls is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics or unforeseeable circumstances.
